1. General
A. Prices are subject to change without notice. List prices are given, subject to discount.
B. Verbal quotations are subject to acceptance within 48 hours unless cancelled by the seller in writing prior to acceptance by purchaser. Written quotations are firm for a period of thirty days after date unless cancelled by the seller in writing prior to acceptance by the purchaser.
C. Contracts or orders having penalty clauses for failure to meet shipment are not acceptable unless specifically approved in writing by an authorized individual at our office in Calgary, AB.
D. We reserve the right to alter dimensions without notice.
2. Warranty
Products manufactured by Radafab Oilfield are guaranteed from defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Liability is limited to the replacement or repair of products found to be defective by our inspection upon receipt F.O.B. our factory. Purchaser agrees that manufacturer shall not be liable for any costs, loss, expenses, or damages of any kind arising out of the product, its use, installation or replacements, information or technical data of any kind, or lack of any of the foregoing.
3. Cancellation
Any order or part thereof may be cancelled by the purchaser upon written notice to the seller prior to 30 days before completion subject to a minimum billing charge of 25%. All custom products are not subject to return, credit or refund.
4. Freight Allowance
All shipments are F.O.B. Factory unless contract is in place.
5. Minimum Billing
Minimum billing for any product is $50.00 net.
6. Terms
Net 30 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed upon by both the seller and purchaser. Past due accounts are subject to 1 1/2% service charge per month to a maximum 18% per annum.
7. Claims and Damages
Claims must be made within ten days from receipt of material.
8. Return of Goods
Goods purchased from us may not be returned without first obtaining our consent. Any non approved return may be rejected at time of receipt.
9. Loss or Damages in Transit
Responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit rests with the customer and carrier. If a shipment is received in a damaged or deficient condition, a claim must be filed with the carrier and noted on the bill of lading before acceptance of goods.
10. Special Documentation
Charges may apply for non standard documentation requests such as Mill Test Reports, Certificates of Compliances, and Drawings which we’re not an original condition of sale.
